Published pricing

Monthly bookkeeping is $350 per month for up to three bank or card accounts. Catch-up bookkeeping is $200 per month of historical books requiring cleanup. Reporting and workflow support is quoted after a call because the work varies by business. Additional accounts, cards, or work outside the stated scope are priced and agreed in writing before paid work begins.

Service scope

Specific deliverables, fees, timing, and terms are agreed in writing before paid services begin. QuickProBook may decline enquiries that are outside its service scope or capacity.
